No. LearnerPal works as a standalone assessment and practice platform. Snappy Robotics kits are an optional add-on for schools that want hands-on project evidence alongside test practice — and when you use both, the evidence flows into one student record.
Is LearnerPal only for New York State?
Our question bank, test interface, and standards alignment are built specifically for New York — that focus is the point. If you're outside NY and interested, contact us and we'll tell you honestly whether we're a fit yet.
How long does Clever onboarding take?
For districts already on Clever, rostering typically syncs within a few days of signing. Your IT team's involvement is approving the connection — we handle the rest.
Who controls the AI essay grading?
Teachers do, every time. The AI suggests a grade and feedback; nothing reaches a student or a gradebook until a teacher reviews, edits, and approves it. There is no fully automatic grading mode.
How is student data protected?
We comply with New York Education Law 2-d and sign a Data Privacy Agreement with every district. Student data is never sold or used for advertising, and access is limited to the student's own school staff.
